Betsy III R.I.P.

Nine Nine O-Nine marks the death of Betsy III. Becky got in a glancing, head-on collision with a suburban. She walked away with minor aches and pains but Betsy never recovered. She later was declared totaled. Once girls realized that mom was safe, they were so sad and even cried at the fact that our red truck might not ever come home again.

Loosing Betsy III reminded me of when I totaled Betsy the second. I dug up some old shots of when I rolled her down a hill in Death Valley.

And finally, I found only one shot of Betsy the first. It's a picture of Mike and I when we were 16 years old. The shot was taken at the "Lizard Ranch" (Mojave, CA).
